'Conceptual' Education

i.e., Teaching 'products' of science & technology

This web page provides access to ideas and resources for helping students to develop realistic conceptions of 'products' (e.g., laws, theories & inventions) of science and technology. Government guidelines for concepts that must be taught are provided @ Sanctioned Curricula. Based on my constructivism-informed teaching and learning approach, 'conceptual' education should be conducted in synchrony with Procedural Education, and may involve each of three stages linked at right - each of which leads to a set of pages with relevant ideas, downloadable resources and links to useful websites. If you have comments, suggestions, ideas, etc., please write to me about them.
