REFEREED ARTICLE ABSTRACTS

Bencze, J.L. (1996). Correlational studies in school science: Breaking the science-experiment-certainty connection. School Science Review, 78(282), 95-101.
Note: This article did not have a formal abstract. It dealt with the apparent tendency of school science to prioritize experimentation as the form of inquiry associated with science, not often acknowledging correlational studies. The article provides justification for encouraging school students to understand and be able to use correlational studies; e.g., for both practical and ethical reasons.
