centre: Enabling independent knowledge construction in
the context of schools' museum visits. Museum
Management and Curatorship, 19(2), 139-155.
Note: This article had no abstract. It discussed an action research project at a science museum, in which the authors worked with museum staff to increase student decision making about design and technology activities involving a regular museum workshop for school students dealing with computerized robotics. While the project resulted in some increases in student choice of goals, methods and evaluations of their robotic devices, some challenges in this regard were identified.
